Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this type of bearing has a lower friction factor, higher speed, and has self-aligning performance. The sticks of Type 29000 bearings are asymmetric spherical rollers, which can reduce the relative sliding of the rollers and raceways during operation. The rollers are long and large in diameter, with a large number of rollers and a high load capacity. They are usually lubricated by oil. Grease lubrication can be used in individual low-speed conditions. In the design and selection, priority should be given to selection; type 80000 thrust cylindrical roller bearings, type 90000 thrust tapered roller bearings and AXK type thrust needle roller bearings can bear one-way axial load, which is higher than that of thrust ball bearings. The load capacity is much larger, and the rigidity is large, and the axial space is small. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust needle roller bearings are suitable for low-speed occasions, thrust tapered roller bearings have a slightly higher speed than thrust cylindrical roller bearings.
Attention should be paid to the installation of thrust bearing:
(1) Distinguish the tight ring and loose ring of the bearing (judging by the size of the inner diameter of the bearing, the difference in diameter is 0.1~0.5mm).
(2) Distinguish the static parts of the mechanism (that is, the parts that do not move, mainly refer to the assembly).
(3) No matter what the situation, the loose ring of the bearing should always lean against the end face of the stationary part.
