The

Recently,
one batch of roller bearing sends to our Europe Client. The precision is P6.
Before batch manufacturer, FV bearing sample bearing already passed the client
quality test.
This
is a big project; this month is the first batch shipment.
The
roller bearing belong to FA* brand X-life design. The surface quality of these
bearings has been further improved, and higher performance has been achieved
through better materials, heat treatment, and optimized contact geometry. This
improves the friction characteristics and increases the basic dynamic load
rating. Under the same working conditions, the basic rated life of the bearing
is significantly improved. This means that a more compact bearing arrangement can
be used in some applications.
The
roller bearing introduction
The
roller bearing combines the traditional cylindrical roller bearing and
spherical roller bearing configurations. Its proprietary outer race and roller
profiles plus a cylindrical inner ring combine the key attributes of both
bearing types. This unique three-point contact design geometry provides
simultaneous misalignment and axial displacement performance, optimizes contact
stress distribution, and helps promote roller stability. The result is a more
dynamic, more reliable bearing.
The
roller bearing consists of an inner ring, outer ring, and roller/retainer
assembly. The separable components simplify installation, removal, and
inspection. The retainer holds the rollers in position, creating a single
assembly that prevents the rollers from being damaged during mounting and
dismounting. The inner ring and outer ring can be installed in either
direction, helping to avoid common mounting errors. No special tooling is
